This Privacy Policy explains how 1PVN, operated by Brabble Trading Corporation ("1PVN", "we", "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data when you use the 1PVN platform and related websites (the "Service"). 1PVN is a private-sector consultation management platform used by chambers, embassies, development partners, and government programs to facilitate consultations, manage investment pipelines, and coordinate project intake.

1. Who is responsible for your data

1PVN provides the Service to organizations ("Customers"). For data that a Customer uploads or manages in their workspace, the Customer is the data controller and 1PVN acts as a data processor on their behalf. For account authentication and the operation of our own websites, 1PVN is the controller. Questions can be sent to privacy@1pvn.com.

2. Data we collect

Account & sign-in data. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account in order to create and secure your account. We do not receive your Google password.
Workspace content. Information you and your organization enter into the Service — for example stakeholder and contact records, consultations, meeting notes, project intake submissions, and uploaded documents.
Technical data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and actions taken, used for security, auditing, and reliability.
Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.

3. How we use Google user data

Information obtained through Google sign-in (your name, email, and profile picture) is used solely to authenticate you, create and display your account, and control access to your organization's workspace. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use other data

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
To authenticate users and enforce access controls and roles.
To send transactional communications (e.g. event confirmations, reminders, notifications).
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and keep audit records.
To comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Data sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers ("sub-processors") that help us run the Service under contract, including hosting, database, storage, email delivery, and AI processing providers. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

7. Data residency

1PVN is designed to keep primary system-of-record data and the application runtime within the European Union. Where a limited processing step uses a provider outside the EU, we apply minimization and appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account or your organization's workspace is active, and afterwards only as needed to meet legal, audit, or legitimate-business requirements. Customers may request deletion of workspace data subject to those requirements.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@1pvn.com. If your data sits within a Customer's workspace, we may direct your request to that Customer as the controller.

10. Security

We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, role-based access control, row-level data isolation between organizations, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and respond to incidents.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business and institutional use and is not directed to children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
